What We Value
| Relationships: We believe that God values relationships. We value families and friendships. Trenton Church of the Nazarene is a place where families and friendships can be strengthened through the grace and love of God. Trenton Church of the Nazarene is a place to belong and to be loved. |
| Worship: God is worthy of our praise and our worship. Trenton Church of the Nazarene is committed to celebrate and worship together through praise, prayer and the Word. |
| The Word of God: The Bible is God's inspired word. It contains all necessary wisdom to teach and mature disciples. At Trenton Church of the Nazarene, children, youth and adults can learn and apply to their lives the Word of God. |
| Service: It is God's desire that His people be engaged in ministry for others. Trenton Church of the Nazarene encourages our church family to use their gifts, talents and resources for the benefit of others. |
| Prayer: God moves through the prayers of His people. Trenton Church of the Nazarene is a place where the ministry of prayer is emphasized and practiced. |
| People: Lost people matter to God. "God so loved the world that He gave His only son." The family of Trenton Church of the Nazarene also loves people and we want to do all that we can to present the good news of Jesus Christ. |
What We Believe
| We believe in one God - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. |
| We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living. |
| We believe that man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually. |
| We believe that the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost. |
| We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin. |
| We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. |
| We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers. |
| We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place. |
